Activities
We're
always looking for activities that will interest our people and
hold focus groups and run questionnaires to find out what's
wanted. Feedback has resulted in the following:-
- Boys football
team currently funded by Football Federation and individual donors.
- Girls football
team currently funded by Sport Relief.
- Residents getting together to create an Arts and Crafts space.
Paper, paints, sewing machine and pool table are all available.
- We also run a Brunch Club once a week where residents and staff
can sit and have breakfast together and mull over the days news
and going-ons in the Foyer.
- Foyer Federation
Healthy Living Project, a national project funded by the Big
Lottery providing Cooking sessions, life coaching and taster
sessions on Healthy Eating, Physical Activity and Emotional
Wellbeing.

We have occasionally
held drama and music workshops where people can try their hand
at DJing, MCing, drumming and guitar. Kickboxing, tai chi and
dance to balance mind, body and soul.
Volunteer tutors
have held one-off workshops on topics such as poetry, personal
development and photography.
